Fish Fry!

Enjoy fresh Dory-caught fish!

We need Fish Fry Volunteers!

Welcome to the vibrant and lively Dory Days Fish Fry! Set in the heart of Pacific City at the Kiawanda Community Center, this annual event brings together neighbors, friends, and families for an unforgettable meal of fresh dory-caught fish generously donated by Kiwanda Reef Fishing Company.

As you approach the venue, you're greeted by the savory aroma of sizzling fish, wafting through the air and enticing your taste buds. The event is held at the Kiawanda Community Center and is managed by volunteers and local celebrity chef Ben Johnson from the Sportsman Pub and Grub.

After your meal we invite you to explore the event grounds, where you'll discover a variety of activities to engage in. The children's area on the south side of the center is a hub of excitement, with face painting, temporary tattoos, and activities, captivating the little ones with joyous laughter and boundless energy. In the Faye Jensen Hall you'll find the incredible "Launching through the Surf: The Dory Fleet of Pacific City" historical exhibit from Linfield University.

The community fish fry is not just about indulging in mouthwatering food and delightful entertainment; it's also a meaningful gathering with a philanthropic purpose. The event is a fundraiser for the Pacific City Nestucca Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Pacific City Dorymen's Association, allowing attendees to contribute to the betterment of the town while having a fantastic time.

See you at the fish fry!
