Check out the Crew lists below to see all of the available volunteer opportunities. Once you find your role, fill out and submit the form below to let us know what time(s) you are available and which position(s) you'd like to sign up for. We will follow up with you to confirm assignments.

Volunteer Coordinator: Can you lead a crew? In this role you will be in charge of managing all of the volunteers onsite during the Fish Fry. From setup, through service, all the way to clean-up at the end of the day. This is a job for a leader!

Setup: Before the event help setup chairs, tables, beverage and cash stations.

Cashier: Take money and tabulate number of dinners sold

Server: Serve food cafeteria style

Cook: Prepare food

Dishwasher: Wash dishes 

Beverage: Make and serve lemonade, punch, and coffee

Busser: Clean Tables, napkins, condiments, take out trash.

Clean-up: After the event clean and stack tables and chairs, wipe down surfaces, take out trash.

Volunteer Coordinator: Can you lead a crew? In this role you will report to the Parade Coordinator and be in charge of managing all of the volunteers at the parade staging area. This is a job for a leader!

Line Painter: The evening before the parade you will be responsible for applying the lines for the parade lineup at the boat launch.

Registration: Check-in participants arrive at the staging area. Manage and organize registration forms to build out the "Announcer Book."

Lineup Coordinator: Line up parade entrants after they have been checked in.

Lineup Traffic Control: Direct traffic of incoming Parade Entrants at the County Boat Launch and divert all other support vehicle traffic to park at Bob Straub State Park.

Contest Coordinator: Help to recruit Judges, manage the "People's Choice" prize vote, announce trophy winners, take photos of the winners, provide photos to PC Sun.

Trophy Judge: Judge Dory Day Contestants to determine the winner of each trophy category.

Volunteer Coordinator: Can you lead a crew? In this role you will manage volunteers on site, assist in the general flow of the kid's activity area, and hand out prizes for games. This is a job for a leader!

Tattoo Table: Help children choose and apply temporary tattoos 

Games: Supervise (and referee) Ring Toss and Ball Throw Games

Photo booth: Manage the photo booth area
